Publication and Peer Review Policies

Scientific Peer Review

All submitted works undergo a rigorous evaluation process using a double-blind peer-review system by independent experts and reviewers to ensure the highest levels of scientific rigor and objectivity.

Timeframe

To respect researchers' time, the review and response process is conducted efficiently, typically ranging from two weeks to a maximum of two months from the date of submission receipt.

Publication Frequency

The journal is published semi-annually (June, December). We adopt a "continuous publication" policy, where accepted articles are published online immediately upon completion of the review and proofreading procedures.

Open Access Policy

The journal proudly adopts the Diamond Open Access model, which ensures that all scientific contributions are made available to the global academic community entirely free of charge.

  • The journal does not impose any Article Processing Charges (0 APCs) or submission fees on authors and researchers.
  • In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), the journal provides immediate, free, and unrestricted access to its content.
  • Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, and print the full texts of all articles for any legitimate academic purpose without prior permission, provided that the original work is properly cited according to academic standards.
